We’re big believers in Open Source, and giving back to the community.  Our developers have contributed code patches back to the Smarty templating engine, Rails Ecommerce plugins, and other projects.  We’ve also released plugins for Movable Type to share the wealth.  We deploy all our sites on open source platforms (FreeBSD and OpenSolaris) and develop using open source tools (PHP, Ruby and Rails, Perl).
